The Flyboard is a pwc (powered water craft) accessory which allows you to use the propulsion of the jetski to fly through the air and swim in and out of the water like a dolphin. Eventually, you can work your way up to heights as high as 25-35 ft. The water is pushed out the jetski, through the hose and out of the bottom of your board, which has wakeboard boots attached to it.
Flying requires only balance, it's easy on your body, has no big impact such as wake boarding or water skiing, and doesn't take a lot of strength.
It's all about balance, and it's all in your toes.
